In 1969, our first baritone sax, the YBS-61 was also launched closely followed by the YAS and YTS-21 in the next year. Three years later, in 1967, the first saxophones to bear the Yamaha logo were brought to market, the alto and tenor models YAS/YTS-61 and the YAS/YTS-31.
